One of our customers wants to sell an existing 2 meters cast film line and invest in a new high speed 2 or 3 meter line.
We feel that this second hand Dolci line is extremely interesting from a technical point of view, especially for customers that want to limit their investment but have an efficient line or want to start producing stretch film.
Today the real output of the line is between 700 and 800 kg/hour and is currently in operation and can be inspected at our Italian customer’s factory.
The stretch film that is now producing, ranges from 17 micron to 23 micron.
The line has a 3 layer configuration with 1 extruder 180 and 2 extruders 90 mm and complete with in-line recycling system of trims.
The line is complete with automatic die, automatic thickness control, multi station gravimetrics and blenders.
The winder is complete with robot shaft handling and core storage.
The line is in excellent conditions, as this customer has made a careful maintenance trough the years.
As we are involved in promoting this sale, we will, obviously if required, take care of disassembling and reassembling the line at customer site and service the buyer with our engineers, spare parts and technological back up.
The price of the line, as it is, excluding disassembling and reassembling, is really interesting: we strongly recommend, if there is an interest, to come and inspect it, as it is now installed in one of the most modern extrusion factories in Northern Italy.
