AUTOMATIC COEXTRUSION 3 LAYER BLOWN FILM LINE

A coextrusion blown film line 1800 mm wide (71”) for Hi- Tech film is available with the following technical characteristics:

• Gauge tolerance guaranteed under 3%

• Main extruder 65 mm

• N. 2 external side 55 mm estruders

• N. 1 coextrusion head Multisplit system, with flow repartition, low shear

• Die diameter 350 mm

• Automatic cooling ring “Twin – Flux”

• Tubular Basket “No Scratch” type with 3 ultrasonic sensors

• Oscillating nip roll with rotational speed control

• 2 station Winder Flatbed with 3” and 6” shaft reel unloading

• Gravimetric Batch system 9 or 12 stations

The line control is carried out by a “Touch-screen” supervisor with recipes and data storage integrated in the gravimetric system .

All electrics/electricals are located in an air-conditioned container
