We have available in our Showroom a 3 layer coextrusion blown film line equipped as follows:

• Nr. 3 extrudors 65 - L/D 30 with A.C. vector motors;

• Filter changers;

• A 3 layer coextrusion die model Multisplit with high production cooling ring (die range diameter 300 - 350 mm to be chosen);

• No Scratch Basket with motorized control;

• Internal bubble cooling (IBC) 3 sensor width control included;

• Oscillating take up unit with rollers panel for useful width 1800 mm;

• 2 face to face stations winder for useful film width 1800 mm and for reels diameter 1000 mm;

• Gravimetric 3+3+3

• Upon request the line can be equipped with automatic ring with automatic gauge control
