EXTRUSION COATING AND LAMINATION LINES |

The coating and lamination technology through extrusion is spreading widely with the increase in world demand of laminated production for packaging. Until recent times “EXTRUSION COATING” lines were complicated, difficult to run and, most importantly, very expensive. Nowadays, thanks to modern technologies, Dolci Extrusion can also supply extremely simple equipment as an alternative to the investment in solvent or solventless coating machines. Coating/lamination costs by extrusion are considerably lower than the costs of solvent lamination and the results in terms of quality are higher, since the lines use continuous weight control monitoring of the coated material. End of October we will have in our Open House a complete line for 3 STAGE EXTRUSION COATING for coating and lamination of packaging material for “Liquid Packaging” laminated with aluminium.
Ø The line is equipped with automatic winder for 1800 mm (71”) diam. reels and automatic unwinder for aluminium. Ø The three stages are based, each one, on three extruders for coextrusion also of barrier films. Ø The extrusion dies are made by Cloeren in the U.S. The described line represents our top productive range yet each single modular section is common to all ranges of our lines. !!
