NEW HIGH OUTPUT COEX BLOWN FILM LINE |

We inform all our customers that we have developed a new coex line with very low energy consumption that we will exhibit at the forthcoming PLAST 09 (24-28 March 2009) in Milan at our booth (Hall 15 C 06).
Our technical staff in the last months have concentrated their research in finding solutions to reduce the ratio kW/kg consumption.
The main improvements are:
- new water-cooled motors
- new screw profile with low-shear effect
- new die head with low-shear “multi-split” channels
- new cooling rings with high efficiency and reduced need of chilled air
The line output is over 700 kg/h.
The line is composed by:
- 2 extruders 65 mm for layers AC
- 1 105 mm extruder for the layer B
The machine width is 2200 mm ( 86,5“).
The rewinder is including gap and centre winding in gearless mode.
The shaft handling is fully robotized to reduce manpower.
The line is meant for the production of technical films, stretch or shrink hoods.
