3000 MM (120”) CAST LINE FOR STRETCH FILM
We have recently tested a latest generation 5 layer cast line for Stretch film and Cling film, sold to an important European customer, obtaining the following production parameters:
- Film thickness: 23 My
- Net output: 2.250 Kg/hour non stop (5000 lb/hour)
- Speed: 600 m/1’
- Energy consumption: 0,46 – 0,48 Kw per produced Kg. (1940 ft/min)
During the test the line was pushed up to a production of 2.400 Kg/hour with no particular problem.
The winder of this line is equipped with new, high technology systems for tension control and is suitable for producing up to a speed of 700 m/1’. (2300 ft/min)
Considering the success of this line which also exceeded the expectations of our specialists, we have decided to build a new line with the same features, that will be demonstrated at our Open House during the next Plast Exhibition (Milano March 24-28, 2009), to which you are kindly invited.
