25% INCREASE OF PRODUCTION OUTPUT BY:
NEW COOLING SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATIC DOUBLE RING

!!    DOLCI EXTRUSION announces important novelties on high range BLOWN FILM lines .

Thanks to a double ring system it is possible to increase the production capacity by 25% with respect to conventional lines equipped with automatic thickness control.

!!    EXAMPLE: with a die 350 mm (14”) dia. it is possible to reach a production of  over 500 Kg/hour !! and with a die 200 mm (8”) dia., a production of  300 Kg/hour !!
 
The new system is based on a stabilizing ring mounted on a die and on a second ring, at a convenient distance from the exit of the material, and automatically controlled.

In addition to granting a better thickness control at high speeds (+/- 4% - 2 Sigma) the system increases the material resistance, thus considerably improving its mechanical features.

The whole line is designed to comply with the increased extrusion speeds. The winder, equipped with an axially gearless driven systems foreseen for high production speed and is also equipped with robot for shaft change.

The extruders are equipped with last generation Torque motors while the 105 mm (4”) central extruder is provided with a water cooled motor.

In addition, such line requires a highly reduced energy consumption thanks not only to the motors, but also to the performance of the extrusion screws of new design.

!!    A 2.200 mm (87”) width line, suitable for the production of high quality film, shrinkable film and Stretch Hood is presently being assembled !!
