We are currently demonstrating a high tech line (production up to 500 kg/hour – 1100 lb/hour), complete with:

• Touch-Screen line supervisor with automatic repetition of production recipes;
• Multisplit type coextrusion head, with melt division;
• High performance cooling ring with automatic thickness profiles control (tolerance 2,8÷3% - 2 Sigma);
• Oscillating take-up section complete with motorized gusseting device;
• Automatic winder for reels diameter up to 1000 mm (40”);
• Net film width after trims: 2200 mm (86,6”);
• Continuous in-line trim recycling;
• Automatic gravimetric system, remote control via modem;
• Remote control video program of the extrusion parameters (possibility to control the production of the line with a cellular phone!!!
